This is a mid year for the braided head series large cents and it is also a slightly better year as well. The strike is near perfect with the wreath having a full detailed strike around the bow and all but one star being fully struck on the obverse. The color is a milk chocolate brown and the luster has a satin shine. The luster is somewhat mild but the color gives the coin great contrast that allows the details to pop. The coin in my opinion would grade a low mint state but you be the judge. The coin has a few scuff marks, ding, nics, bag marks, hairlines and dull luster spots commonly found on low uncirculated coins but there is no significant damage that I could see on either side of the coin. This coin would make a great filler for a type set!
